• The students are expected to comply with the notification and instructions issued by the college management, the B.I.S.E and University authorized who don’t comply with the rules will be liable to disciplinary action.
• The students are expected to respect their teachers and Staff members.
• With Out prior permission from the administration no student is allowed to paste or distribute any printed material in the college premises.
• Any grievance regarding college affair should be brought to the notice of the class in charge who, if necessary, will present it to principal.
• On violation of any rule, the principal can penalize the student. The principal will decide whether he is to be fined, rusticated, expelled or apologized.
• If a student is found involved in any undesirable activities, he may be expelled from college.
• Class attendance rules must be strictly observed.
• The Student may fined Rs.10 for the absence with out leave application.
• Migration facility is as per Board and University rules.
• The Students are required to park their bikes and motorcars at the specific place and lock them properly.
• The decision of the principal shall be in all cases final and he has discretionary powers to relax any rule if he deems necessary.

Admission Procedure & Rules:-

Admission to F.Sc. I.Com, & F.A. start after the declaration of the result of B.I.S.E. Admission to B.Com B.Sc. & B. A. Start after the results of Intermediate and Annual examination Candidate applying of admission required to attach the following documents duly attested.

1. Three attested copies of Matriculation Certificates / Result Cards.
2. Three attested copies of intermediate provisional certificate / Result Cards.
3. Four photographs of 3x3 cm.
4. Three attested copy N.I.C. Of Father! Guardian or of the candidate himself.
5. One copy of Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
6. Original Migration Certification is required from a student of another board.
7. Admission is open to the students who fulfil the required terms and conditions.
8. Copies of the certificates and photographs will not be returned even if admission is refused.
9. Admission is liable to be cancelled if the student fails to pay his dues with in prescribed time.
10. Dues once deposited are not refundable and not transferable, and not transferable.

Attendance:-

1. 75% attendance of the total lectures delivered in each subject on intermediate, degree and master level is a must.
2. Whenever, a student submits application form for the Board, University Examination, must attach with it a No Dues Certificate and attendance Certificate, duly signed by the concerned member of college staff and the principal.

Send-up-Exams/ Monthly Test:-

1. Monthly Tests and send up examination etc are held to judge the performance of the students.
2. It is compulsory for all the students to appear in the send-up examination failing which their names will not be sent for Annual Examination. Moreover they will be fined Rs.100-peer paper for being absent.

Scholarships & Fee concession:-

1. Govt. University, Board, Army Foundation and all other stipend scholarship at tenable to the Allama Iqbal College.
2. Allama Iqbal College also offers scholarship to the students on the basis of merit.
3. Deserving Students at Allama Iqbal College are offered stipends and Fee-concession.
4. All these concessions will be granted for one year only and it will be continued on the consistent educational performance of the student.
